This is the situation analysis of Altoids for my Qualitative Analysis Class that built into our final project. We were asked to create a situation analysis for Altoids and present it at the beginning of the project. Our challenge was figuring out where the company was at after it took a hit during COVID-19 which followed with their lowest sales in 5 years. My group decided that Altoids had a lot to do in order to compete with their competitors as well as have a greater reach. My role for the project was Media Planner, by looking at Altoids competitors while also factoring in the SWOT analysis, I had to decide how to effectively find out what Altoids needs to do in the future in order for the company to make up for its losses.
