This was the situation analysis that built into my final project for my Quantitative Analysis class. We were tasked with choosing a client and creating a situational analysis in order to start brainstorming ways to create an advertising campaign for our client. Our biggest issue that we decided to focus on for Lululemon was that the brand can be perceived as a "girly" or "yoga" brand as well as too pricey, we wanted to spread awareness of the variety of products Lululemon offers as well as highlight the products they have for the male demographic. My role was to conduct research and compile the category dynamics from my findings as well as look into the technology and culture that Lululemon has already accumulated.
